Hey Provost, as part of celebrating Read Across America this week, Mrs. Jepsen’s kindergarten class took time during the day to pick out their favorite books to read and transform their classroom into a campground by putting a blanket or plastic cover over their desks and lying underneath it like a tent to read. Mrs. Jepsen’s kindergarteners even wore their pajamas to school just so they could be comfortable while they read.
Now that sounds like a such a fantastic way to celebrate Read Across America Week.
