Hey Provost, our 5th graders have been working for weeks on projects where they use various mathematical strategies to map out and built their own miniature cities using craft items. Today, they presented to the other grades in the school their “Math Cities” and even explained to the students the mathematical equations and strategies they used to construct the multiple areas and buildings in their cities.
It was a wonderful event full of fun and learning. Great job all of you awesome and intelligent 5th graders!
