Halloween Costume Guidelines Halloween is a special day for many students and Provost recognizes the excitement associated with this event. While our focus will continue on meeting our educational goals, we are also looking forward to a parade that will take place at 2:15pm. Students electing to dress up should arrive to school in their costume. As a reminder, all costumes need to be school appropriate. We look forward to seeing you on Halloween! Guidelines: 1. Costumes should not prevent the student from fully participating in learning activites. 2. All makeup, hair, and accessories must be done at home 3. Students may only wear costumes that have inflatable features or have fans inside them during the parade 4. No masks or other face coverings 5. No weapons, or look-alike weapons (nun-chucks/sickles/swords/knives/guns/etc.) 6. No clothing that promotes the use of drugs, alcohol or activities that are derogatory, disrespectful or depict violence 7. Blood or gory costumes are not permitted
