Provost Elementary School

Hey Provost, our 3rd graders received a special visit from some of our friends at the BYU Neuroscience Department, who came to teach the students some of the fascinating things about the human brain; for example, the amount of time it takes for the human brain to send a message to the body is 100 m/s, or 0.1 seconds. Our 3rd graders were even shown pictures and x-rays of a human brain and taught what each part of the brain is called and what each part is responsible for.

Thank you BYU Neuroscience for teaching us how wonderful and fascinating our brains are!
