Provost Elementary School

Hey Provost, our awesome PTA put together on Monday night an event for our students and their dads to learn about a school program that is growing in public schools around the country called Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students).

The purpose of this program is to encourage father-figures to volunteer their time and efforts at elementary schools in order to show students a positive male image that helps them with their assignments, supervises them at school and makes the students feel good about themselves.

We had so many dads and father-figures show up with their students to our event in the school gymnasium and were all treated to some delicious donuts as they talked with each other and learned about Watch D.O.G.S.

Thank you so much to our awesome PTA members for putting the event together and thank you to all those great dads who came!
