Hey Provost, meet Mrs. Annalea Cannon, she’s one of our 2nd grade teachers. Here is a little something about her:
“My husband and I love to travel. This last summer we were in several Scandinavian countries where my favorite part was traveling the fjords of Norway. We’ve been to Egypt, Japan, Europe, and China. One of my favorite parts of teaching is sharing the wonders of the world with my students. In China I did an internship for my master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I found that I loved working with the students there just like I love my students here. It is so fun for me when students at any age get excited about learning. After all, there are wonders and amazing things all around us that we can all learn because of our brain’s incredible ability to store, manipulate, and retrieve information.”
We are so grateful for the creativity, fun and love that Mrs. Cannon brings to our school. Thank you Mrs. Cannon!
