Hey Provost, Miss Holland’s 4th grade class did a collaborative activity during their class time.
The class was divided into small groups and each group was given a model of something, There were 2 kids in each group who got to look at the model and 2 kids from each group who got to build a replica of the model. The students who were looking at the model couldn’t talk with the builders and they had to figure out other ways to communicate.
After the activity, they talked about “collaboration” and what makes partners and groups work well together.
Such a fun activity!
